Following patient feedback, we have now installed a new system for submitting patient queries using AccuRx (formerly eConsult). The tab on the home page looks similar, ‘Online GP Consultations’ but makes reference to AccuRx now. This system is proving to be simpler and more streamlined for both patients and staff.
In line with current Government guidance patients must continue to wear a face covering if they are experiencing covid symptoms or they simply chose to wear one in the surgery.
If you have symptoms you must get at PCR test as soon as possible & before visiting your GP. Rapid lateral flow tests should not be used to confirm infection.
You should try and stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 5 days avoiding meeting people at a higher risk from covid-19 especially if their immune system means that they are at a higher risk of serious infection from covid-19, even if they have had a covid-19 vaccine.
