HEALTH COACHING

Considering working with a Health Coach?

Good for you!

Health Coaches can help you to make important lifestyle changes which will improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.

They will encourage you to be proactive in staying healthy and making positive changes in your life.

Health Coaches will use personalised coaching techniques to build up your motivation and help you to set goals. The aim is to empower and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Health Coaches are not therapists or counsellors but they offer a safe space to explore what you can do that will make a difference and improve your life. They will support you to explore potential barriers and maximise your chances of success.

What can you expect from Health Coaching?

Health Coaches are non-judgmental, accountable professionals who work closely with the other clinicians at the practice. A Health Coach can help you to create short and long -term goals based on the changes you want to make in your life.

Health Coaches maintain a structured (but flexible) format. Whether your session is in person or on the telephone, each session with your Health Coach will be tailored to your individual needs.

A coaching relationship requires a commitment - from both the coach and from you. If you would like help in exploring how you can improve your health, wellbeing and happiness, ask to speak to a Health Coach.
